Made to a traditional recipe from Mama Ntsama herself, using the finest quality Scotch Bonnet Chillies. Just add vegetable oil, patience and a lot of care to produce a tantalisingly tasty dipping sauce and a delicious condiment with fish, meats, poultry and vegetables. Try using Ntsama’s Chilli Oil to give a tingle to mayonnaise or scrambled eggs or simply add to humus, salsa or guacamole for that tongue-tingling flavour dipping sauces
INGREDIENTS: Scotch Bonnet Chilli, Vegetable oil, sea salt, cider vinegar.
Suitable for Vegan and Vegetarians. Gluten Free-Dairy-Free- Additive free.

When I was offered a taster at some country show, it immediately reminded me of the chilli sauce I used to have in the Cameroonian restaurant around the corner of where I lived in Paris. An amazing scotch bonnet flavour. Since I tried the oil, I get anxious when I get close to running out of it! Love the products!
